Encore is our stream for adults, with any musical ability, over the age of 18. Each academic year, we run three 12 week courses
which run during the school terms.
If you find you want to continue after 1 course, you are of course welcome
to stay on for another, and another…!
Each weekly 90-minute session works like this:
45-minute tuition
taught by a professional tutor in a group of no more than 5 or 6 students, learning a new song every one or two
weeks.
45 minutes of “Plug ‘n’ Play” where you all perform as a band, playing the song that you have just learnt
in tuition.
At the end of the course, all the songs you have learned during the 12 weeks then become the set
list that you’ll perform in our end of term gig at a pre-booked venue! You will be able to invite friends and
family, and show them the real rock star that you really are!
